Wrocław has many office buildings: Grunwaldzki Center, Carbon Tower, Heritage Gates, Midpoint 71, West Gate. People in these buildings spend the whole working day there and buy coffee twice or three times rather than once. In the morning before work, after lunch and in the evening on the way home. Only at weekends do the offices empty.
Students give the city a different rhythm. The Politechnika Wrocławska campus sits by Plac Grunwaldzki, with Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy we Wrocławiu nearby, which also has Kampus Biskupin. And by Uniwersytet Wrocławski and Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny even the stops carry the same names as the universities. The break between lectures is short, so the coffee has to be ready in a minute. In summer there are noticeably fewer students around the buildings, and it is worth building that into the calculation from the start.
The third group is on the move. In the morning trams and buses carry people to the centre from the Krzyki, Kozanów and Psie Pole neighbourhoods, and at the interchanges Plac Grunwaldzki, Galeria Dominikańska or Plac Jana Pawła II everyone has a few minutes. Nobody will sit down at a table, but everyone has time to grab a coffee to go.
On Saturdays the flow moves to the shopping malls: Westfield Wroclavia, Magnolia Park, Renoma, and to Hala Targowa. Bear in mind that in Poland shops are closed on most Sundays, so a location in a shopping mall earns mainly on weekdays and Saturdays.
An ordinary coffee shop needs a seating area, furniture and a barista for every shift. A self-service coffee shop needs no barista. The coffee machine makes the coffee, and the customer pays by card or phone. You come by once every two or three days, top up the ingredients and collect the takings. It takes about a quarter of an hour, so you can run the location alongside your main job.
If you have never opened a business in Poland, the first questions are usually about a bank account and a payment terminal. We help with these step by step, and you need no business experience, because we train you from scratch.
There are three formats. The indoor coffee shop is chosen most often: it goes into a shopping mall, business centre, pharmacy or university, where the customer is already under a roof. It costs from €4 427, and the kiosk, coffee machine and payment terminal are included in the set.
The outdoor coffee shop works round the clock in any weather and has a vandal-resistant body. It goes where there is no building: at a tram terminus, by an interchange stop or a petrol station. We quote the price of the outdoor coffee shop on request. There is also cold-drink for the summer: iced coffee, shakes and cold drinks, also priced on request.
The map above shows more than three thousand places in Wrocław that people pass every day: stops, neighbourhood shops, supermarkets, universities, petrol stations. Click on your neighbourhood and you will see what is nearby. We look for places that people walk past anyway, because few will make a detour just for coffee.
Westfield Wroclavia next to Dworzec Autobusowy, Pasaż Grunwaldzki, Galeria Dominikańska, Renoma, Magnolia Park, Galeria Handlowa Sky Tower. Shop staff work here a whole shift and buy coffee every day. The best spot is by the entrance or at the exit after the tills.
Politechnika Wrocławska, Uniwersytet Wrocławski, Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu, Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy we Wrocławiu with Kampus Biskupin. A spot inside the building is agreed with the university, and the biggest flow runs from October to June.
Wrocław Główny, Dworzec Autobusowy Wrocław, Wrocław Nadodrze, Wrocław Psie Pole. People wait for a train or bus and have spare minutes. At Wrocław Główny and Dworzec Autobusowy Wrocław the location would stand under a roof, so rain would not get in its way.
Grunwaldzki Center, Carbon Tower, Heritage Gates, Midpoint 71, Green Day. Count not the number of offices but how many people actually enter the building each day. The best spot is by the lifts.
Hala Targowa, Targ-Piast, Bazar Komandor, Hala Kupców Perła. Traders are here from early morning, and they need coffee as much as the shoppers do.
Krzyki, Kozanów, Tarnogaj, Ołtaszyn, Leśnica, Psie Pole. The location goes next to Żabka, Biedronka or Lidl, by a stop or a parcel locker (paczkomat), and its customers are the same people: neighbours on their way to work. Choose the side of the street people take to the tram in the morning.
Already have a place in mind, such as a corner in an arcade or a stretch of pavement by a terminus? Send us the address, and we will calculate the income for that exact site free of charge. If you do not have an address yet, we search together: we check the footfall and negotiate with the landlord. You pay for the search only after you sign the contract with the landlord, and only when you like the site. There is no prepayment for the search.
Find a site in Wrocław →A turnkey indoor coffee shop costs from €4 427. For that you get a branded kiosk with LED lighting, a Saeco or Jetinno coffee machine, a terminal that takes cards and smartphone payments, brand design and telemetry. The coffee machine model has the biggest effect on the final amount: we choose it to suit the footfall at the specific site, the menu and your budget. Banknote and coin acceptors or your own design for the location can be added separately. We price the outdoor coffee shop and cold-drink on request.
You pay in two parts, and only after the contract. In the contract we set out the model, the equipment set, the final amount and the deadlines. You make the prepayment after signing, and the rest during installation.
At Kavil it’s 0 royalties, with no monthly percentage of sales. Each month you pay rent, which depends on the site, taxes and the bank’s fee for card payments. If you are already thinking about several locations in different neighbourhoods of Wrocław, there is a wholesale offer: from 2 to 10 coffee shops.
You leave your contact details, and we call back. Then come the calculation and a Zoom call: we calculate the income for your site in Wrocław, pick the equipment set and show you the coffee shop from the inside. The request, the calculation and the contract move at your pace.
Then come the contract and the prepayment, and the countdown starts from that day. While we build the coffee shop in our own workshop, we look for a site. By the 30th day after prepayment we deliver the location, install it, set it up, and it starts selling.
After the launch, sales and stock levels show up on your smartphone. And if sales dip, we look at the figures together and look for the reason while there is no loss yet. A personal manager supports you from the day the contract is signed for as long as the coffee shop operates.
We do not publish figures from partners in Poland yet, so we show partners in Ukraine. These are results for December 2024, converted into euros at the NBU rate of 50.64 UAH/€ as of 7 October 2026. Each location has its own result.
Taras from Lviv runs a network of 3 locations in retail areas and busy walkways. After 5 months of operation the network brought him more than €1 770 of net profit a month. Bohdan from Odesa set up 1 indoor location near an entrance: 80 drinks a day and more than €880 a month. Viktor from Mukachevo has 1 location that sold 65 drinks a day and after 6 months of operation brought in more than €750 a month.
You cannot carry these figures straight over to Wrocław: in Poland coffee prices, rent and costs are different. We calculate profit and payback period for a specific address, because they depend on footfall, drink prices, the equipment set and costs. The personal calculation is free.
Once you buy it, the coffee shop is yours: 0 royalties, the business is yours. We roast our own coffee, and your beans are 25% cheaper than competitors'. We build the coffee shops in our own workshop in the Lviv region, and we buy Saeco and Jetinno coffee machines directly, with no dealer markup. The beans, ingredients, double-walled cup and the coffee shop itself all come from us, so you pay no middlemen on any cup.
The equipment comes with a warranty, and we write its term into the contract. If a site turns out to be weak, we analyse sales and plan a move. And if you change your mind or the location doesn’t work out, we will buy back the equipment at 60% of its value. The buyback terms are in the contract, which you see before you pay.
We also take care of marketing for the location: ready-made layouts and posters, promotions, Facebook advertising. Behind this stands a network of 700+ locations in 7 countries, Poland among them.

Yes, if there is something nearby that brings people together: a stop, a supermarket, a neighbourhood shop, a parcel locker (paczkomat) or a petrol station. In neighbourhoods such as Krzyki, Kozanów or Tarnogaj the customers of such a location would mostly be neighbours who walk past it to work every day. Click on your neighbourhood on the map and see what is nearby. Send us the address, and we will calculate the income for that exact site.
