Honest calculation

Where the numbers come from

We calculate a realistic scenario, not a location’s best day. The same numbers are in the configurator and in the PDF.

40cups a day

Realistic scenario for a new location. Move the slider in the configurator to match your site: the coffee machine sets the maximum.

3.2 złnet per cup (estimate)

Estimate: after ingredients, rent, electricity, terminal fees, flat-rate tax (ryczałt) and ZUS, with coffee priced like competitors’ (about 8 zł).

30days a month

Profit per month: cups a day × 3.2 zł × 30 days × number of locations.

4.3661zł per €, NBP rate

As of 16.10.2026. We convert the coffee shop price from euros to złoty and divide it by the monthly profit: that’s the payback period.

+20%with a cash acceptor

A coin acceptor adds 20% to sales, a bill acceptor another 20%. We factor this into the payback period, but not above the machine’s maximum.

How much the machine makes and how long the beans last

How many cups a day each coffee machine makes and how many cups one bean hopper yields
Coffee machineDaily outputWithout refilling beans
Saeco Iperautomaticaup to 70≈ 142 1 000 g ÷ 7 g per cup
Saeco Phedra EVOup to 120≈ 111 1 000 g ÷ 9 g per cup
Jetinno JL22up to 120≈ 136 1 500 g ÷ 11 g per cup
Jetinno JL28up to 150≈ 136 1 500 g ÷ 11 g per cup
Jetinno JL300200+≈ 163 1 800 g ÷ 11 g per cup

The model is simplified: rent and ZUS don’t go down with sales, so with low footfall the profit will be lower. By our estimate, a location covers its costs from about 16 cups a day. We’ll calculate it precisely for your city after your request.

Where the indoor format works

An indoor coffee shop stands in premises that people already walk past every day. We’ll help you pick the site and negotiate with the landlord.

Frequently asked questions about the indoor coffee shop

How much does an indoor coffee shop cost?

From €4 427 for a coffee shop with the Saeco Iperautomatica. The “from” price depends on the coffee machine, and with 2 or more locations you get a discount on each one. The manager will give you the exact amount with equipment and services after your request.

How does payment work?

First we sign the contract. After signing, you pay a prepayment, and the rest during installation.

What if the location doesn’t work out?

We analyse sales and consider relocation. We’ll buy back the equipment at 60% of its value for any reason, whether you change your mind or the location doesn’t work out. The terms and the warranty period are in the contract.

How many cups a day does a coffee shop sell?

It depends on the site. In the calculation we take a realistic 40 cups a day. The machines make up to: Saeco Iperautomatica 70, Saeco Phedra EVO 120, Jetinno JL22 120, JL28 150, JL300 200+ a day.

How much time does maintenance take?

About 15 minutes every 2–3 days: top up the ingredients and collect the takings. No experience needed: we train you from scratch, and a personal manager supports you from the day you sign the contract.

Your own logo or Kavil?

We recommend Kavil: the brand is already recognised and trusted, it’s 700+ locations in 7 countries, and a lot of money has gone into its marketing. Your own logo is possible too: upload a file or type your business name in the configurator and see your sign.

Who finds the site?

We do it together with you: we analyse footfall and negotiate with the landlord. You pay for the search only once you’ve chosen a site and signed the contract with the landlord.

How long until launch?

Up to 30 days from prepayment to the first cup. During this time we assemble the coffee shop in our workshop and help you with a bank account and a payment terminal.
