How we choose a site

You leave your number, we call back and ask about the city, the neighbourhood and your budget.
- Calculation
We calculate the revenue for your site and choose the set. The calculation is free.
- Contract
The contract states the coffee machine model, the set, the amount and the deadlines. You make the prepayment only after it is signed.
- First coffee
Within 30 days of prepayment we deliver the coffee shop, install it and launch it.

In which Polish cities does Kavil operate?
Kavil coffee shops already operate in Warsaw, and the whole chain has over 700 locations in 7 countries. Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław have their own pages. If your city is not on the list, write to us: we will find a site there too.
How much does a self-service coffee shop cost in Poland?
An indoor coffee shop costs from €4 427. We quote the price of the outdoor and cold-drink formats on request. Installation anywhere in Poland costs €246 separately. The final amount depends on the coffee machine model, the options and the installation method, and we write it into the contract before you pay.
How long does the launch take?
Up to 30 days from prepayment to the first coffee. During this time we build the coffee shop at our production facility, search for a site, then deliver it and install it.
What happens if the location doesn’t work out?
We will buy back the equipment for 60% of its value if you change your mind or the location doesn’t work out. The buyback terms are in the contract, which you see before you pay.
Do I have to pay royalties?
No, 0 royalties. There is no monthly percentage of sales, the business is yours.
